Residual Effects of Russian as a Native Language

The work presented in this talk details the residual effects of Russian as
a native language for a particular speaker.  Because the speaker does not
have a stereotypical Russian accent, I detail the elements of her speech
which are different from that of a native English speaker and attempt to
explain the differences in terms of her first language.  This work was
done for the final project for the first half of Speech II.
