PUI and ICMI have merged!
At ICMI'02 in Pittsburgh, October 14-16, 2002, representatives
of both ICMI and PUI confirmed the decision to merge the two meetings
and hold an annual conference. This was a simple decision, as
the two communities have significant overlap in subject, purpose,
and participants. The meetings will retain the ICMI name and will
take the responsibility of conducting a high-quality, international
conference that fully represents the historical interests of the
previous conferences and workshops. The next conference will be
in Vancouver, B.C. in November 2003. In 2004, we expect to hold
it in Europe, then in Asia for 2005.
