The following
equipment will be available on-site:
1. A PC running
Windows 2000, equipped with floppy disk drive, CD-Rom drive. Software:
Microsoft PowerPoint 2000, Acrobat Reader 5.0, Windows Media Player.
2. Overhead
projector.
3. Wireless
lapel microphones.
4. TV
5. VCR
Although the
overhead project is available for transparencies, electronic presentations
are recommended.
Oral Presentations
should be 15-18 minutes in length to allow time for questions.
Each presentation should run 20 minutes total.
Electronic
presentations should be brought to the conference via floppy disk
or CD-Rom. Authors can use their personal laptops for their presentation.
Authors using the equipment provided by the conference should
contact their session chair prior to the start of their session.
Please have your materials ready.
Posters should
be 40wX60h inches in dimension. If you require more space, please
contact Vicky
.
Foamboard
and mounting materials will be provided.
Table space
will be provided during the poster sessions for laptops, etc.
